Our Faith based Yoga is experiential worship created to deepen people's connection to Christ. Our sole purpose is to facilitate a Christ honoring experience that offers an opportunity to believers and non-believers alike to authentically connect to God through His Word, worship, and wellness.

Hello beautiful friends … Healing waters will continue having classes now thru October 28th. Our property is under contract to be sold, we’ve turned the page & finished this chapter. God’s timing is perfect … Ephesians 3:11

We were so blessed to have shared this sacred space together for over 9 years …

To our incredible teachers, Mary, Tracey, Marissa, Mary Ann, Angie, Diane E & Diane H & countless others, from the bottom of my heart I am eternally grateful. I love, honor & respect each of you.
Let’s continue to roll out our mats & worship Jesus through mindful meditative moments.
