Leah Green is a seasoned yoga teacher, certified life coach, and movement specialist with over a decade of experience guiding others through powerful transformation, on the mat and in life. A Tier 3 Certified Baptiste Yoga Teacher and E-RYT 500, Leah is known for her dynamic teaching style, grounded leadership, and ability to foster strong, inspired communities.
Her yoga journey began in 2012 during a deeply personal chapter marked by infertility and career uncertainty. Yoga became a refuge, offering strength, clarity, and self-discovery. What began as a physical practice evolved into a life-changing path of growth, inquiry, and purpose.
As the former owner of three MBody Yoga studio locations, Leah spent years cultivating empowering, inclusive spaces for students and teachers alike. She certified hundreds of yoga instructors, led transformative trainings and workshops, and created a community rooted in courage, connection, and evolution.
Leah’s work extends far beyond the studio. She has coached and trained elite athletes in the NFL, NHL, MLB, PGA, and NCAA, bringing yoga, mobility, mindset, and recovery tools to high-performance environments. Her approach bridges mindful movement and functional performance, helping athletes and clients unlock their full potential.
In March 2025, after a 13-year fertility journey, Leah and her husband welcomed their daughter via surrogate, an experience that deepened her understanding of resilience, surrender, and the power of inner work.
Today, Leah continues to lead as a teacher, life coach, and mentor, guiding others to connect more deeply with their purpose, their practice, and themselves.
