🌟Teacher Spotlight: Alexandra Beaudreau🌟

Meet Alexandra! She is a small town girl at heart, originally from a picturesque place along the Connecticut River. Alexandra is a wife, daughter, dog & cat mom, student, and personal trainer. Alexandra spends a lot of her time studying as she is entering her second year in UNF’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program. She’s so excited to contribute to this amazing profession one day. Prior to this she started her own personal training business and continues to enjoy guiding others on their fitness journey.

When she has a chance to escape her responsibilities she, her husband and her pug love to get out in nature! Whether that’s spending time on our beautiful beaches🌊 or heading to the mountains of North Carolina⛰️

Alexandra loves spending time with family, getting in a good workout and of course rolling out at Yoga Mix as much as possible!🪷

🎶 Fun Fact: She has a background in musical theatre and studied music at FSU for her undergrad.
