This past weekend, Coach Aidan took on the Atlantic Coast Classic in Daytona Beach, and we couldn't be more proud of the effort, dedication, and heart he put on display.

Getting in your vitamins doesn’t have to be complicated—focus on adding these foods into your day-to-day meals:

Why Do We Practice Basic Gymnastics? 🤸♀️

When most people think of gymnastics, they picture handstand walks, muscle-ups, and other advanced skills. But at GSC, we focus on the basics first—and for good reason.

Movements like hanging from a pull-up bar and holding a handstand against the wall help develop body awareness, coordination, balance, grip strength, shoulder stability, and core control. These foundational skills improve not only your workouts but also how you move and feel in everyday life.
