A VERY special instructor spotlight this week with Jessica & Tommy !!! 🧘‍♂️✨🧘‍♀️

Jessica:
My summer was filled with travel and hiking in Colorado and Montana, and lots of time with family and friends!

- I’ve been at yoga3 since the beginning!

Favorite class: ooh, hard to pick! It changes all the time, I love that there are all types of classes for whatever my body or mind needs ❤️

Tommy
I solo backpacked across the Colorado Rockies from Denver to Durango—nearly 500 miles and a wild 90,000 feet of elevation gain in under a month! 🏔️ Jessica was my absolute rock back home, keeping me grounded and never letting me quit.

- Y3 for 2.5 years. I got my 200 YTT at Y3
- Favorite class is stretch. I truly believe every yogi from beginner to advanced can benefit from this class.

Instructor spotlight this week is ✨✨✨ Melissa Gehrman

Classes she teaches: POWER

How long have you been teaching? I completed my training in 2023 with Y3 and have been teaching since, so I’m still at the beginning of what I hope is a long journey.

What do you love most about teaching at Yoga3? I love that everything is very intentional, from the classes/events we host that cultivate the beautiful community we have to each class that an instructor teaches. And the heat, I love the heat!

What is your favorite pose, exercise, or class format? I love a good heart opening pose, I’m going to say my current favorite asana is puppy pose uttana shishosana

What is one fun fact about you that members may not know? I can shoot a stream of water from my two front teeth 😁
