4 lbs chicken breast
1 pack 45 calorie beef bacon
300g rice raw then cooked
10 extreme wellness wraps
1 bag fat free cheddar cheese
200g onions (chopped)
BBQ sauce
230g plain Greek yogurt
120g sugar free rays BBQ sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
30g tomato paste
instructions
1 use a meat tenderizer to flatten all your chicken evenly
2 season your chicken and cook on a skillet with a cover over it until both sides are crispy
3 chop one pack of beef bacon and cook with 200g chopped onions
4 cook 300g rice in a rice cooker with 2 1/2 cups of water
5 mix all BBQ sauce ingredients together
6 once chicken is done chop it up and add bacon and onions rice BBQ sauce and fat free cheddar cheese
7 mix everything together and evenly distribute onto 10 extreme wellness wraps
8 toast all wraps
fridge reheat 1:30 seconds
freezer 2 min flip 30 seconds

* 32 oz chicken bone broth
* 8 oz Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese
* 35g cornstarch
Step 1
Add 3 lb chicken breast to Cooking for Gains Skillet
Season with:
* 25g rotisserie chicken seasoning
Cook the chicken completely, then cut it into bite-size pieces.
Step 2
Boil 1400 g of nibbles 15-20 minutes
Boil until the potatoes are fully cooked and tender.
Step 3 Mac your pot pie sauce in a skillet add
* 32 oz chicken bone broth
* 8 oz 1/3 less-fat cream cheese
* 35g cornstarch

Mix everything together and let it cook until the cream cheese melts and the sauce thickens. Tip add the chicken broth and cornstarch first mix that together evenly then add in your cream cheese after.
Step 4
Add the cooked chicken into the chicken pot pie mixture.
Add your potatoes
Add 1 bad fat free mozzarella
Mix everything together until the chicken is completely coated in the sauce.
Step 5
Split the potatoes evenly into 7 meal prep containers.

96 g raw jasmine white rice
1 medium green bell pepper, diced

Step 1
Add 1 lb of 96/4 ground beef to your skillet.
Season the beef with 13 g Roberto’s Pepperoni Flavored Seasoning.
Dice up 1 medium green bell pepper and 1 medium onion and add both directly into the skillet.
Cook everything together until the beef is completely cooked and the peppers and onions have softened.
Step 2
Cook 96 g of raw jasmine white rice separately.
Once the rice is fully cooked, add all of it directly into the skillet with your beef, peppers, and onions.

* 4 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
* 2 boxes Carb Diem elbow pasta
* 2 (8 oz) blocks Kerrygold sharp cheddar cheese
* 1 (8 oz) block 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
* ½ cup Fairlife fat-free milk
* ¼ cup Frank’s RedHot Original Sauce
Instructions
1. Add 4 lb chicken breast to your skillet and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
* 16g salt
* 8g black pepper
* 12g garlic powder
* 12g onion powder
2. Cook both boxes of Carb Diem elbow pasta according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta when finished.
3. Add the cooked pasta back to the skillet. Add:

Instructions
1. Cooking for Gains Skillet #1 — Beef

Instructions
1. Cook the Beef
