We are so excited for this brand new challenge we’re kicking off TOMORROW, August 1st! We know this time of year can be especially challenging to make it onto your mat, but yoga is more fun with a buddy! 👯‍♀️

Getting onto your mat together or just encouraging and being encouraged by a friend to show up for yourself is something we find a lot of motivation in, and now we’re challenging you to discover the power of a buddy too!

Grab a friend, old or new, and complete 21 classes between you before August 31st. Track your progress on our sticker chart in studio, one sticker per class completed. Hit 21 and you’ll both be entered to win a gift card to The Chloe.

We had the sweetest send-off today for Lauren Farina O’Brien as she heads out on maternity leave 🩵 Lauren + her husband James have a baby boy on the way and she’s taking some time away to soak up all the newborn joy and goodness!

We have some wonderful teachers covering her classes while she’s out: 🩵 Marie Chailosky will be taking on our Saturday 9:30 am Power Flow
🩵 Flowith Brooke Yoga will be taking on our Wednesday 12 pm Express Power Flow
🩵 Dougie Keebler will be taking over the Saturday 8 am class and
🩵 Kelly Farina Carter will take on the Sunday 8 am class, and Hot Core + Sculpt on Tuesdays
🩵 TROY will be taking on Hot Core + Sculpt on Thursdays!
