Ben Bridges has only been with us a few months, but he’s all in, and it shows.
He’s already lost weight, gained muscle, and more importantly, built habits that will last long after the numbers on the scale change. Through nutrition coaching with Coach Liz Grossman | Nutrition Coach | CF-L2 , he’s learned how to meal prep, stay consistent, and fuel his body instead of just trying another quick fix.
