ease You begin to heal your own body. The Frequencies of these Sacred instruments are tuned to
specific energy channels in our body and move the energies so your body can more easily process
and release the frequency. What to expect?
I will play 8 Crystal Bowls 3
brass Tibetan Bowls 3 Gongs and a variety of percussion instruments. What to bring ? Your yoga mat
& Blanket I have them to share if needed
