Monday started with an EMOM… but not just any EMOM. 👀

Every two rounds, the intensity gets turned up a notch. What starts out feeling easy quickly becomes the kind of workout that has everyone on the floor by the end. 🔥

Never miss a Monday at Fit Factory. 💪

From “not yet” to his first muscle-up. 💪

Here’s how Jeremey Tate helped Geordan Tassios get his first muscle-up by breaking the skill down into progressions:

1️⃣ Positional strength — establishing strength and control in the end-range positions.

2️⃣ Strict strength — building the raw strength needed for the pull-up and dip.

3️⃣ Lowering transition — introducing the transition as a skill, not just relying on strength.

4️⃣ Band-assisted transition — practicing the movement pattern with the right amount of assistance.

5️⃣ Put it all together — and Geordan finally hit his FIRST MUSCLE-UP EVER! 🔥

Give Geordan a high five the next time you see him at the gym!

This is what coaching is all about. You don’t just get a great workout and an awesome community at Fit Factory. You get expert coaching from people who have dedicated over a decade of their lives to mastering the skill of coaching and helping people do things they once thought they couldn’t.

What’s your next milestone?

3 TRAINING TOOLS WE LOVE AT FIT FACTORY 🔥

Not every tool in the gym is there just to make a workout harder. The best tools give us a way to build specific qualities that carry over to everyday life, sport, and performance.

1:Kettlebell Swings
Power + posterior-chain strength + conditioning. Swings teach you to generate force through the hips while challenging your grip and core.

2: Echo Bike
One of our favorite conditioning tools because you control the intensity. It’s great for intervals, sprints, recovery work, and building serious cardiovascular capacity.

3:Box Jumps
Explosive power, coordination, and athleticism. They teach you to produce force quickly while challenging your ability to move efficiently.

The goal isn’t just to work harder. It’s to train smarter.

That’s why we use a combination of tools and training methods to build strength, power, conditioning, and overall fitness.

Last month, we wrapped up our Summer Strong challenge! 💪☀️

Everyone who made it to 15 classes during the month earned an entry to win a FREE month of membership at Fit Factory.

Of course, we couldn’t just pull a name out of a hat… where’s the fun in that? 😅

Instead, we split everyone’s names into three baskets and started launching lacrosse balls. If your name was in the basket that got hit, you advanced to the next round. We kept eliminating athletes until only two finalists remained: Bethany Brechbuhl and Ryan Johnson .

Who took home the free month?

Watch until the end to find out! 👀🎉

Huge shoutout to everyone who showed up consistently all month long. Your commitment is what makes this community so special. ❤️

Saturday’s partner workout definitely left its mark… 😅 Chances are you’re feeling it today.

As tempting as it is to stay on the couch, one of the best things you can do for sore muscles is move.

A light workout:
✅ Increase blood flow to help your muscles recover
✅ Reduce stiffness and improve your range of motion
✅ Keep your body feeling loose instead of locking up
✅ Help you bounce back faster for your next workout

Recovery doesn’t always mean doing nothing it means giving your body what it needs.

So if you’re feeling sore today, come move with us. Scale as needed, keep it light if you have to, and let movement do its job. Your future self will thank you.

Who’s still feeling yesterday’s partner workout? 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️
