Hailing from Tennessee, former Professional Tennis Registry Coach Developer & Clinician, Curtis Holland has dedicated more than 50 years to growing the game and mentoring generations of student-athletes at Springfield High School.

A 3x Tennessee PTR Member of the Year and 2013 Jim Verdieck High School Coach of the Year, Coach Holland’s leadership has shaped champions on and off the court.

The City of Springfield honored his lasting impact by naming the courts at Garner Street Park the Curtis Holland Tennis Complex — a tribute to decades of service, mentorship, and community building.

This Black History Month, we celebrate a legacy of dedication, excellence, and opportunity — and the doors opened for future generations. 💛🎾
