Hello patrons!
We have a full day of base ball this Saturday!
We are excited to be part of The Hermitage’s Stars, Stripes and Strikes celebration this Saturday. While admission to the house is required, it will be a great day full of base ball and history.
We also have games at Pickwick Landing State Part and in Fort Oglethorpe.
Come see us this weekend and enjoy the game as it was meant to be played!

As Independence Day draws near, we find ourselves reflecting on what base ball means—not only to us, but to our nation. It is a pastime worthy of celebration, one that stirs memories of childhood summers, cherished friends, and loved ones long gone. For a few precious hours each month, it grants us the rare gift of feeling like children again.
We are deeply grateful for your support of the Tennessee Association of Vintage Base Ball. Whether you’ve joined us on the field, cheered from the sidelines, or simply shared in our love of this grand old game, you have helped keep a small piece of history alive.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. We hope that every match we play brings you even a fraction of the joy, fellowship, and wonder that base ball has brought to us.
We wish you and yours a safe, joyful, and happy Fourth of July. Huzzah! 🇺🇸⚾

Hogs and Hominy represented TAOVBB this past weekend in Portage MI playing 5 games against some tough teams with 9 players. Our first game was against the 2025 vintage base ball world series champions, Flat Rock. We came out swinging and scoring 7 on them, but ultimately fell short of the win. Everyone played a big role in making this weekend a success. Some notable moments; Rooster becoming a solid pitcher, Flynn making some great catches in CF, Bullworm crushing the ball with multiple triples, taylormade making all 3 out in one inning, and Hair making some single hand catches. We are sore but can't wait for next year.
