Hot damn! What a crew today! We showed up, listened to some Dolly, belted some Rocky Top, and got our miles in 🏃🏾 Now we’re off for a cold beer and a toast to an icon 😭🍻

The morning air is crisp, the weather is gorgeous, AND it’s time again for our favorite day of the month - the Tuesday beer hang! 🍻 Join us for a few miles out on the beautiful greenway, maybe someone dumps a bucket of ice water on their head, then we go get beer/seltzer at a favorite local Donelson spot! 🏃🏾
