My Chicken Adventures

These past two days have been incredible. I had the opportunity to march for voting rights as part of the 1000 Miles to Memphis journey, and it was an experience I couldn’t pass up.

We started in Nashville at 5:30 a.m. on Saturday in the pouring rain and concluded today’s leg in Murfreesboro, where a voter registration event will take place Monday at 5:00 p.m.

The goal of this 36-day journey is to register 100,000 voters.

I am exhausted, but my heart is full of hope. These past two days reminded me that change begins when people show up.
