Dance Academy of Bellevue is a safe place for all dancers to be themselves. At DAB, our dancers learn to instill confidence in self-expression and individuality. They are also taught to appreciate and respect the art of dance through quality in instruction. At DAB our core values are creativity, encouragement, teamwork, and community.

More backstage and rehearsal that only we get to see. We love these moments and love how much they are as they are a huge part of the recital memories just as much as the actual stage moments.
Dream Big recital 2026. Season 5.
Slumber Party Camp has come to an end. Lots of hide and seek, movies, truth or dare, would you rather, and fort building (and quiet for the teachers 😳)
3 shows, 100 kids ages 9 and under! They made it on and off stage on time, were corralled backstage, and were kept entertained in their assigned room.
This cannot and could not happen without the help of our FABULOUS teacher assistants (and volunteers). Their attention to the kids and their ability to stay focused (not to mention excelling in their own dances) helps make our recital seamless.

Girlie Pop Dance Camp was super sassy, super girly, super bold, and super fun. These girls were all about girl power, supporting their one another, and of course slaying the day. After a week of dancing, positive affirmations, and words of confidence, these girls are ready to take on the world!
Happy Father’s Day to all of the dance Dads, God Fathers, Uncles, Boom-Pas, and special family friends. We hope you have such a wonderful day with your loved ones celebrating how amazing you all are.

All of our hard work goes into putting in a fabulous performance but that’s not the only thing that goes on. Backstage we are bonding, supporting, encouraging, and having so much fun with our dance family.
