We are exactly two days out from gathering together this Saturday, June 27th, and we have just three mats remaining open. I can feel the energy building as I put the final touches on the retreat, and I am so excited for what this weekend is going to bring for the nine women already registered!
If you are reading this and your shoulders are currently up around your ears, or if you have been running on autopilot just trying to check off all the boxes this week, I want you to know that this space was designed for you. So many of us spend our lives holding up everyone else, keeping our guard up, and moving so quickly that we forget how to actually taste our lives. This Saturday is a four-hour invitation to drop your armor, land back in your body, and reconnect with the simple rhythm of your own breath.
We will begin our morning with a gentle, slow-flowing yoga practice to soften our bodies, wake up our senses, and bring a deep awareness back to our breath. Afterward, we will gather for a nourishing community meal and dive into a creative workshop crafting beautiful flower crowns out of earthy blooms that naturally preserve. We will wrap up our time together with a deep, restorative Yoga Nidra practice designed to completely soothe your nervous system and wash away exhaustion.
This entire experience is built around the beautiful practice of savoring - of welcoming the ever-changing, messy world we live in while still choosing to relish the essence of it all. It is a dedicated sanctuary where you don't have to perform, pretend, or have anything figured out. You just have to show up, let go, and allow yourself to be entirely taken care of for a few hours.
When you leave the retreat on Saturday afternoon, my hope is that you carry a renewed sense of your own vibrant essence back out into your life. By giving yourself permission to soften and fill your own cup, you naturally return to your family and your community ready to share the absolute best, most grounded parts of yourself with the world.
If your body is begging for a real, supported pause right now, I would love nothing more than to save one of these final three spaces for you.

Ladies, we spend SO MUCH TIME taking care of everything else and everyone else...when did you last take time to take care of you?
This Saturday I am hosting a women's retreat to celebrate the summer solstice and mindfully transition from spring to summer. Our theme is Soften & Savor. This retreat is the perfect space for you to drop your armor, set aside the to-do lists, and soften into your body and breath.
As we soften there will be space for us to savor movement, food, creativity and rest.
