Our amazing coaching staff takes time to understand and develop goal oriented developmental tasks. Coming through any of our programs, players will learn how to mentally prepare, mentally cope with adversity, mentally overcome challenges, and mentally exhibit a winning attitude. We love the game of baseball here and if you have a player that loves the game, then they should become part of our family at FLIC Baseball regardless of what stage they are at developmentally.
