Join me this Sunday 4/12 at 9:15 Children's Museum of Naples for family yoga as we step into Spring. We’ll move through a playful rain breath sequence, grow into blooming flowers, and explore fun, imaginative poses and games along the way.

On April 12, we’re turning a Sunday morning into a space for families to laugh, breathe, and move together with a Mini Buddhas Yoga session. With imaginative themes, music, and playful poses, this class helps kids build confidence and focus.
