Equity membership is $1,500 50% returnable upon resale
and at the prevailing rate. Once the joining fee has been
paid you begin paying monthly golf dues. OR
Non Refundable Joining Fee is $1,000 plus tax and dues
are payable in full at the time of joining or the beginning
of the membership year. The membership year is October
– September. Full Golf Membership Annual Dues
Single $3,809 yearly plus tax or $317 per month
Family $4,157 yearly plus tax or $346 per month
Intermediate Golf Membership
The Intermediate Membership is for new members under
the age of 63. It carries the same privileges as the full golf
member but at 50% dues. Once the Intermediate Member reaches the age of 63 full golf dues will be charged at
the beginning of the next membership year. The Intermediate Member also has the choice of which
joining fee best fits their needs and dues are paid according to the joining fee selected. Intermediate Membership Annual Dues

The Golf Course
Golf at Quail Village is accessible for players of all ages and
skill level. The Golf Course measures 4900 yards, par 69
made up of three par 5’s, nine par 4’s and 6 par 3’s. Unlike many Florida courses, Quail Village Golf Club is very
friendly to walkers. Golf Cart Fees
As a member of Quail Village Golf Club there are three options to pay for your cart fees:
1. Equity Member Daily Cart Fee is $19.50 per person for
18 Holes and $10.50 per person for 9 Holes. Company
Use and Summer Members $22 (18 holes) and $12 (9
holes).
2. Annual Cart Fee is $1,675, and covers all cart fees for the
membership year.
3. Trail Fee is $1,300 for members who have personal golf
carts and live in Quail Creek Village, Quail Creek Estates
or Longshore Lake.
