One of the most exciting milestones in our Golf Course Enhancement Project has been completed!

Using advanced GreenScan 3D laser technology, every putting and chipping green at The Quarry has been digitally mapped with incredible precision. This detailed data gives renowned golf course architect Dr. Michael Hurdzan a three-dimensional blueprint of every green, allowing him to preserve the best features of our existing layout while thoughtfully enhancing strategy, playability, and long-term course conditions.

The colorful contour maps reveal the subtle ridges, slopes, and movement hidden within our greens—offering a fascinating look at the craftsmanship already beneath our feet.

This renovation is about much more than replacing turf. It's about honoring the character of The Quarry while creating an even better golf experience for generations to come.

We were pleased to welcome Dr. Michael Hurdzan back to The Quarry this week as he continued work on the planning and design phases of our upcoming golf course regrassing project.

Dr. Hurdzan toured the course, evaluated current conditions, and collaborated with members of the Board, Regrassing Committee, and staff as plans continue to take shape.

Also on-site was Wiley Rivera of GreenScan 3D, utilizing advanced laser-scanning technology to create highly detailed digital models of our greens and surrounding complexes. This valuable data will help guide design decisions and ensure the project preserves the character of The Quarry while enhancing playability for years to come.
