Intermittent fasting can be done in a variety of ways and while there is no "perfect" fasting plan, here are some pro tips to help you stay on track!
Remember: When you're eating, choose healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, plant proteins, and non- or low-fat dairy products. Intermittent fasting does not mean do not eat! We must fuel our bodies with the right foods to keep us energized, healthy and aid in recovery!

While we offer premium equipment and classes, what makes Fountain X truly special is that it’s so much more than a gym.
One of the many active recovery modalities we use here at Fountain X, is our Infrared Sauna. Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared saunas don’t heat the air around you. Instead, they use infrared lamps (that use electromagnetic radiation) to warm your body directly.
Infrared saunas have a lower heat so you can stay in for twice as long per session. In terms of health benefits; while the hot air from a traditional dry / steam sauna creates surface sweat, the gentle heat from infrared saunas raises the core body temperature - delivering a deep, intense sweat 🔥
