First answer: Running, because that means it’s almost over. 😂 Fun fact: I also run very slowly.

Real answer: Short Spine 🤌🏼 Equal parts beautiful and humbling.

🤍 WHAT CAN CLIENTS EXPECT FROM YOUR CLASSES?
A fun, challenging class where we’ll work hard, get stronger, and probably laugh a little along the way. I want you to leave feeling stronger, more confident, and like there’s nothing you can’t do!

💭 WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT TEACHING PILATES?
I love watching people discover new strength, confidence, and connection in their bodies. I especially love teaching Pilates in Spanish and helping make the method feel more accessible and welcoming to everyone. 🤍

🍴 FUN FACT
I could probably survive solely on açaí bowls and elotes. Honestly, I’m not sure why I haven’t tested this theory yet.

🌽 WHEN I’M NOT AT THE STUDIO…
You’ll probably find me downtown Chicago, in my high school classroom teaching English, searching for my next açaí bowl (usually from PureBerry Açaí Bowls Naperville ), or thinking about my next elote. 🤍

✨ FAVORITE PILATES EXERCISE
Short Spine! I love how it combines strength, control, flexibility, and flow. There’s something so satisfying about moving through each part of the exercise with intention and control.

🤍 WHAT CAN CLIENTS EXPECT FROM YOUR CLASSES?
Challenging, intentional movement in a welcoming and encouraging environment. I focus on proper form, thoughtful movement, and helping clients build a stronger mind body connection, while still keeping class fun!

💭 WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT TEACHING PILATES?
I love how Pilates makes me feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to my body. Teaching allows me to share that feeling with others and help clients experience that same sense of strength and confidence through movement.

🍂 FUN FACT
I was born in New York, fall is my absolute favorite season, and I have a Goldendoodle named Yuki! I’m also studying Management with a minor in Marketing at the University of Illinois Chicago.

You’ll probably find me exploring Chicago, spending time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, hanging out with Yuki, or planning my next Pilates class. 🤍

I don’t believe there is such a thing as a favorite Pilates exercise, but if I had to pick one, it would be Short Spine Massage! I love both teaching it and doing it!

🤍 WHAT CAN CLIENTS EXPECT FROM YOUR CLASSES?
My hope is to create a space that feels wholesome, peaceful, welcoming, and full of positive energy. A place where you can show up exactly as you are, move with intention, and reconnect with yourself.

💭 WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT TEACHING PILATES?
There’s something so special about watching each client grow, gain confidence, and see their progress, even from one class to the next.

✨ FUN FACT
I have a daughter, who is my greatest inspiration. I love being outdoors, traveling, and experiencing new things. You’ll also probably hear me say “oh my gosh, CUTE” at least once. 😅

I love creating classes where clients can recognize markers of progress while continuing to challenge themselves. I keep the essence of the classical Pilates method at the heart of every class, while offering thoughtful modifications that allow different bodies to work at the right level without taking away the challenge.

It’s so inspiring to see people consistently show up for themselves. I love watching our members progress, push themselves, and realize just how capable they are. Most of all, I want everyone to leave class feeling strong and good about themselves.

Picking one favorite is nearly impossible, so I’m cheating and choosing the Short Box Series. I love how it challenges strength, control, balance, and mobility all at once, while giving you so many opportunities to refine your technique.

🤍 WHAT CAN CLIENTS EXPECT FROM YOUR CLASSES?
Intentional, challenging movement rooted in the classical Pilates method, taught in a fun and welcoming environment. I focus on proper form through clear cues and hands-on corrections, while bringing enough humor and personality to keep things light. Expect to work hard and hopefully laugh a little in the process!

💭 WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT TEACHING PILATES?
I love the moment when something finally clicks for a client. Seeing someone go from “I can’t do that” to “I just did that!” is so rewarding. Pilates takes time, consistency, and patience, and I love helping clients recognize and celebrate those little wins along the way.

🍴 FUN FACT
I love watching Food Network and I’m obsessed with Bobby Flay. I root for him every episode of Beat Bobby Flay.

🐈 WHEN I’M NOT AT THE STUDIO…
I’m most likely yapping over good food and drinks with my husband and friends, or bird-watching with my cats.🤍
