Tonight we got to cheer on Lila, Liv, Aubrey and Oswego Dance Team ! 🐾✨ And an extra special SENIOR NIGHT shoutout to our girls Lila, Liv & Aubrey! 🎓🥹💜

Watching our dancers shine outside of FOM will never get old, but tonight was extra special because Liv & Aubrey CHOREOGRAPHED the routine!! 👏🔥

ANDDDD I got to run into FOM alum Jazlyn Abella hannah and our girl ✨nora✨ !!. 🫶

We love showing up for our people. We cheer loud, we celebrate each other, and we will ALWAYS be in your corner.

Season 7 is HERE and there’s still time to join the FOM family! 💜 Whether your dancer is brand new, looking to build confidence, wants to improve their technique, or simply LOVES to dance — we have a class for them!

⭐ Ages 9–11 Combo | 5:00–6:00 PM
⭐ Intermediate Leaps & Turns | 5:00–6:00 PM
⭐ Ages 12+ Combo | 6:00–7:00 PM
⭐ Advanced Leaps & Turns | 7:00–8:00 PM
⭐ Adult DanceFit | 8:00–8:45 PM

TUESDAYS
⭐ Ages 5–8 Technique | 5:45–6:30 PM
⭐ Ages 5–8 Combo | 6:30–7:15 PM

THURSDAYS
⭐ Adult DanceFit | 4:45–5:30 PM

Our Combo Classes rotate through Jazz, Contemporary & Hip Hop, giving dancers the opportunity to explore different styles, grow their skills and find what they LOVE! 👯‍♀️

Supporting our FOM dancers goes far beyond the studio walls… 💜

Tonight Mama D & I got to cheer on Molly, Greer and NCHS Varsity Dance Team ❤️ I was super excited to be there for Molly’s SENIOR NIGHT! 🎓✨ We are so proud of these girls and love getting to show up for them in all the things they do outside of FOM, too.

PLUS, we got to watch some of our FOM mamas take the field and DANCE too!! 👯‍♀️😂 And of course, I got to hang out with Alayna Jones in the bleachers while we cheered everyone on! 🥰

FOM is so much more than a dance team, it’s a family. We show up. We cheer loud. We support each other ALWAYS. 🫶

So proud of you ladies! Love you! 👯‍♀️💜🥰
