We’re excited to welcome Coach Louie Maschio to the BIG3 coaching staff for the 2026-27 season! 🏀

Coach Louie will serve as:

Louie brings tremendous energy, leadership, and a commitment to player development to our program. We’re excited to have him helping lead the next generation of BIG3 athletes as we continue building our Under Armour program.

We’re excited to announce Coach James Fleming III as our new 15U Under Armour Head Coach.

With college and professional playing experience, plus 10+ years of coaching and player development, Coach Fleming brings the leadership, knowledge, and passion to help our athletes reach the next level.

When this guy first walked in the gym to workout with our program I immediately knew this would be the outcome! It was just a matter of when and where.

From virtual no to little playing time in high school to now going to the division 1 level. Way to prove all doubters wrong 🙌🏽
