Ready to learn a new skill? Our next Judo class starts September 15! This Japanese art teaches momentum and off balancing allowing the student to throw, trip or sweep their opponent to the mats. Once on the ground, the same principles apply to control and immobilize an opponent to win a match. Safety, sportsmanship, self-discipline, cooperation, and FUN are the emphasis for this class!
