The Planning and Zoning Commission has voted to recommend a capacity limit of 150 patrons for future bars and nightclubs along Ocean Boulevard.

As our local economy continues to evolve, MBAHA remains committed to supporting smart growth that protects public safety while nurturing our local business community.

Members of MBAHA gathered last week for a special $1,000 check presentation benefiting À la Heart Grand Strand - our newly established emergency assistance fund for Grand Strand hospitality workers.
 
A huge thank you to Burroughs & Chapin and Broadway At The Beach for facilitating this fundraiser through their Wish Fountain project! These funds will go directly toward helping our local restaurant, lodging, and venue team members when unexpected personal or medical crises strike.
