We’re excited to get everyone back on the field for another season of football, competition, and fun with Overtime Athletics Myrtle Beach!

Tryouts help us evaluate players and create teams that are as competitive and balanced as possible. All players should plan to attend.

GAME DAYS
Games will take place at the same time and location as our Spring Season, making it easy for returning families to jump right back into the routine!

Spots are limited, so we encourage families to register early to secure their child’s spot for the Fall season.

📢 Fridays at Sunset Update

We want to sincerely thank everyone who has supported Fridays at Sunset and taken the time to share feedback with us.

After listening to our community, we’ve decided to postpone Fridays at Sunset until school is back in session and we have cooler evenings.

The feedback we’ve received has been very consistent:

* The summer heat has made it uncomfortable to spend an evening outdoors.
* Many families are still traveling or on vacation.
* The late sunset means the movie starts later than many young children can comfortably stay out.

Rather than continue while these factors are affecting attendance, we’d rather take a short pause and return when families can truly enjoy the experience.

Our vision has always been for Fridays at Sunset to be more than just a movie night. We want it to become a community tradition with themed events throughout the year—Trunk-or-Treats, costume contests, Christmas movie nights with hot chocolate, holiday activities, seasonal games, and so much more. We believe cooler weather and the return of the school routine will help create the fun, family atmosphere we’ve envisioned from the beginning.

Thank you for your understanding, encouragement, and continued support. We’re excited to bring Fridays at Sunset back this fall and create an event your family will look forward to all year long.

Due to the weather, tonight’s Fridays at Sunset has been moved INDOORS to the basketball court at Thomas Gymnastics. We’ve got a dry, comfortable place ready for your family to enjoy an awesome evening together.

Last Friday, our very first event, threw us a few curveballs, but our staff handled them and, more importantly, our families were super supportive and understanding.

We were truly blessed to meet so many amazing families, make new friends, and watch our community come together for a fun evening under the stars. Seeing kids laughing in the bounce houses and families and neighbors connecting outdoors reminded us exactly why we started Fridays at Sunset. We vowed to make this week better and we’re ready for the task at hand!

🎬 Fridays at Sunset is almost here! We can’t wait to welcome your family for an unforgettable evening!

To help everything run smoothly, here’s what to expect when you arrive:

🚗 As you enter Thomas Gymnastics, you’ll be greeted by Cliff, our Welcome Coordinator, who will assist with admission and get your family checked in.

🅿️ After checking in, Adam, our Parking Manager, will direct you to your parking space. VIP parking is reserved for our elderly guests and those with disabilities to make arrival as convenient as possible.

🪑 Once you’ve parked, you’re welcome to set up your blankets and chairs anywhere on the field except directly in front of the projector, so everyone has a great view of the movie. We also ask that you please be mindful of the families around you when choosing your spot. If you’re bringing taller chairs, consider setting up toward the back so everyone has an opportunity to enjoy the movie.

🏰 Bounce houses open at 7:45 PM! Be sure to stop by and see Brayden, our Bounce House Safety Associate, who will be making sure the kids have a safe and exciting time before the movie begins.

🎯 Before the movie starts, be sure to join Aaron, our Event Director, for fun family-friendly games and activities with chances to win prizes! He’ll also be around throughout the evening to answer questions and help make sure everyone has an amazing experience.

🍿🥤 Ready for movie snacks? Visit Blair, Sophia, and Kasey, our Concessions Team, for fresh popcorn, candy, ice cream, drinks, and all your favorite movie-night treats.

🦟 Complimentary bug spray will be available near the concession stand. Feel free to use it before settling in for the movie!

📸 Don’t miss the chance to make a memory! Hayley, our Event Photographer, will be capturing photos throughout the evening. If you see her, be sure to smile!

🚻 Need the restroom? Nate, our Guest Services Attendant, will be stationed at the left entrance of the building and will be happy to direct you to the restrooms.
