MEET OUR STAFF: Enrique De Los Rios - Pitching Instructor (843) 945-0868
BGP is proud to round out our elite pitching instructor staff with Coach Enrique! He has been the areas best over the past few years developing all ages. He will be offering Trackman lessons which will provide all the data & metrics for a faster more exclusive form of pitching development. We are excited to utilize him in so many ways & bring another like minded, top tier coach to our facility!
With more than a decade of experience playing and coaching baseball at the highest levels, Enrique De Los Rios brings professional expertise, passion, and proven player development to every athlete he works with.
A former professional, pitcher, who signed with the Chicago Cubs organization at just 17 years old, Enrique spent years competing in professional baseball in the United States and Venezuela. In the off-season from the Cubs, he played in the Venezuelan Winter League, and also represented Venezuela in the World Baseball Championship in 2012. Enriques professional playing career provides firsthand experience in the discipline, preparation, and mental approach required to succeed at elite levels of the game.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Coach Enrique is dedicated to developing the next generation of athletes. As a pitching coach, he works with all ages from youth through professional levels, helping them improve mechanics, velocity, arm care, strength and conditioning, and overall baseball IQ.
