🌴 A little Costa Rica update… 🌴
After a lot of thought, I’ve decided that I’m going to take a pause from our annual Costa Rica retreat in 2027.
This was NOT an easy decision to make.
Our Costa Rica retreat has become such a special part of Energy 108, and I know many of you look forward to it every year. I do too. ❤️
Between work and my personal life, this summer has taught me a lot about surrender. Losing our studio, rebuilding, navigating one unexpected thing after another… it has definitely not gone according to plan. It has reminded me that sometimes we have to slow down, regroup, and allow the next chapter to reveal itself.
And maybe that’s the point.
Sometimes we get so attached to the path we thought we were supposed to take that we forget there might be another one waiting for us.
I’ve had a feeling for a while that 2027 is going to be a year of something different for me and for Energy 108. Rather than trying to force everything to continue exactly as it has, I’m choosing to listen to that feeling.
So there will be no Costa Rica retreat in April 2027.
This isn’t goodbye to Costa Rica forever. 🌴✨ It’s simply a pause.
And honestly, I’m excited to see what this space creates room for.
There are already some new ideas, new possibilities, and new adventures taking shape—and I have a feeling the next chapter is going to look a little different than the ones before it.
Thank you to everyone who has traveled with me to Costa Rica, trusted me with your time, shared your energy, laughed, cried, healed, rested, explored, and made those retreats what they have been.
I’m incredibly grateful. ❤️
For now, we’re going to let Costa Rica rest.
And we’ll see what comes next. ✨
