Five months ago, Karen started training with Alex for an upcoming HYROX competition. The other day, she put that work to the test with a practice Half Rox! 💪

Labor Day Staffed Hours!

Unlimited Fitness will have abbreviated staffed hours for Labor Day.

🕙 Staffed Hours: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

🏋️ All classes will go on as scheduled!

As always, members will still have 24/7 gym access with membership.

Unlimited Fitness is teaming up with Shop With a Cop for a Halloween 5K, and we want to make this thing HUGE!

🎃 Costumes encouraged! Family-friendly costumes only.

Whether you’re a serious runner, a walker, or just want to throw on a ridiculous costume and have a good time — COME OUT AND JOIN US!
