CCS Silat machete/ golok free flow movement. When you practice to flow make sure to incorporate as much of your material as possible. When you are having trouble coming up with ideas or if you start to feel like you are losing precision, slow down. Every time I walk in the school I do some sort of flow or kembangan. CCS Golok/ Machete applications for our Cimande blocks 1-13. These are bladed applications for empty hand concepts. They work well because of how Cimande moves and the range the blocks are done at. This is a quick form I put together for class exploring our Jurus Cimande (entries, blocks, breaks etc) with the blade to dig into applications. It’s important to explore all material you have for ideas and drills. With live blade training you want to take the time to explore what you are capable of doing and what needs modifying. Be safe.
