Meet Emma Selzler, our newest trainer!

Emma is a Montana native and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 5 years of experience, including work with Survivor Fitness, hybrid athletes, and post-joint replacement clients.

Her approach focuses on building strength, improving mobility, and progressing performance while minimizing injury and burnout. We’re excited to have her at TriFit Murfreesboro!
