Thank you to all of the Champions Corner boxers who came out to support our athletes last night! Jerry Melbert won his third fight and showed a great amount of improvement in dealing with a tough aggressive opponent. Apolonio Gonzalez went toe to toe with an experienced boxer and looked great. Both gentlemen took home unanimous decisions! Thank you Coach Caruthers for all you do for our fighters. Thank you, Coach Jacob Morris for putting in the extra work with Jerry Melbert. Our amateurs have shows coming up in September, October and November. We ARE staying busy! Jermaine “Jitsu” Dave has professional fights coming up October 3 and October 15!
