Today we are proud to recognize Eden Cole and celebrate her place in Kamiak Wrestling history.

🏅 2-Time WIAA State Tournament Qualifier (2025 & 2026)

Eden's success is the result of years of hard work, perseverance, and dedication to her teammates and the sport of wrestling. Her accomplishments on the mat helped lead the continued growth of the Kamiak Girls Wrestling program and set a standard for future Lady Knights.

The banners in our wrestling room represent more than wins and championships. They represent commitment, resilience, and the legacy left behind for those who follow.

Congratulations, Eden. Thank you for helping build the tradition of Kamiak Girls Wrestling. Once a Knight, Always a Knight.

I hope you've had a great summer! We are coming up on the end of Aug open conditioning and will be continuing into september for anyone that wants to participate!

Conditioning is designed to help everyone build strength, endurance, and confidence before official practices begin. Whether you're a returning wrestler or you're still thinking about joining the team for the first time, this is a great opportunity to get involved in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Another great night at open mats!

We had 5 girls in the room today, bringing our summer participation to 10+ athletes already.

Every wrestler started with their first practice. If you've been thinking about giving wrestling a try, now's the perfect time. We'd love to have you!

We're incredibly grateful to the Everett Herald for featuring our first-ever Kamiak Lady Knights Girls Wrestling Summer Camp! It was amazing to see so many girls stepping onto the mat, many for the very first time, to discover just how strong they are.

Thank you to every athlete, parent, coach, and volunteer who made this camp possible. The future of girls wrestling is bright, and we're just getting started.
