8 session class runs November 3- December 3!
Youth 8-13 yrs
Getting faster, more agile, and more athletic takes time and progression. This class is designed to make that process exciting, challenging, and FUN!
Using cones, agility ladders, plyometric boxes, blaze pods and more, participants will develop speed, coordination, balance, reaction time, and overall athleticism while building confidence and improving movement skills.
Every session is high-energy and filled with progressive drills, challenges, and fun competitive games. Participants will push themselves, build their skillset, and become better athletes - all while having a great time!

Just a few open spots in our next Youth Fitness Certification class, Sunday at 6 pm.

The course covers the rules and regulations of the fitness hallway including proper use of cardiovascular and weight training equipment. After successful completion of the course, youth 12-13 years old are allowed to work out in the fitness hallway under the supervision of a parent/guardian, youth 14-15 years old may use the equipment without a parent/guardian.

The LBC is the place to be after school! LBC after school clubs are 7 week sessions designed for your child to explore what they love. These kid-based clubs allow the participants the flexibility to plan projects/games they are most interested in.

This preschool gymnastics class is for children ages 3-5 years. It will include beginning gymnastics activities for children to have some fun in the gym, while helping to develop their flexibility, strength, balance, body awareness and coordination.

The instructor, Erin Cordes, has a BS in Exercise Science and a Masters of Physical Therapy, Erin has years of experience coaching gymnastics and competed at the collegiate level.

FORTNITE TOURNAMENT
Think you’ve got what it takes to claim the Victory Royale? Join us for an action-packed local Fortnite Tournament featuring intense competition, awesome prizes, and great community. The tournament format will be everyone competes in a SOLO ZERO BUILD MATCH and attempt to get as many eliminations as they can. After each match scores will be recorded and accumulated. Each player will play a minimum of three games played for score. Top two scores will receive gift cards.
