🌟 Mid-Michigan ACES just keeps growing! 🌟

And we’re bringing even more opportunities to the 2027 season by offering new 6-month teams:
🌟 18 National Elite Team
🌟 15 Regional Elite Team
🌟 16 Regional Elite Team

And, of course, we’ll continue offering our 3-month Local Teams throughout the winter and spring! (Register for winter tryouts now, link in bio)

What does ACES mean to you? 🩵

For Abby Webster (17N Setter, Class of 2026), her answer captures exactly what we hope every athlete takes with them when their time at ACES comes to an end:
"ACES has been instrumental in shaping me into who I am today. My coaches and teammates believed in me, challenged me, and inspired me daily."

Abby embodied what it means to be an ACES athlete. Her work ethic, commitment, and willingness to keep pushing herself made an impact on everyone around her.

While we’re beyond sad to see her leave our program, we’re even more excited to watch her take on her next chapter. Abby, thank you for the time, energy, and heart you gave to ACES. We’ll be cheering you on every step of the way. 🩵

Mid-Michigan ACES is looking for athletes to join our 2027 3-Month Local Teams! 🏐

Step into a program built on integrity and mutual respect—where sportsmanship leads, teamwork drives success, resiliency builds strength, and leadership lifts everyone higher.

Tryout Dates:
12U–14U
📆 Sunday, September 27
➡ 12U: 2:00–3:30 PM
➡ 13U–14U: 4:00–6:00 PM
15U–18U
📆 Sunday, October 4
➡ 15U: 1:30–3:30 PM
➡ 16U–18U: 4:00–6:00 PM

What is something you learned this season? 🩵

For Mara Williams (17N Outside Hitter, Class of 2026), the answer came down to one of the most important lessons an athlete can learn: resiliency.

"I also learned how to better myself as a player by using new strategies to be more resilient and fight through adversity."

Winning feels good. Losing doesn't. But both are part of becoming a better athlete—and a better person.

At Mid-Michigan ACES, we intentionally develop skills that extend beyond the volleyball court. Resiliency teaches our athletes how to respond when things don't go their way, work through challenges, and keep moving forward.

Because the goal isn't just to develop better volleyball players.

It's to develop people who know how to face adversity, learn from it, and come back stronger. 💪🩵

What was your favorite memory from this season? 🩵

For Nemiah Carper (17N Middle Blocker, 2026), there were almost too many good memories to choose from—but one thing stood out: the moments this team shared off the court. 🤗

"My favorite time and memory with this team would have to be our question of the day at the end of practice."

At ACES, we believe great teams are built from the ground up—and that starts with team chemistry.

The conversations after practice. The inside jokes. The moments spent getting to know each other. Those connections off the court can become the trust, communication, and confidence that show up when it matters most on the court. 🏐

17N 2026 was proof of that. Their bond was just as impressive as their competitive play.
