🐾Today was Brady’s very first full class, and he stayed for the entire 9 AM Hatha Basics—and he did SO well! 🥰

He greeted everyone as they arrived, then settled onto his little yoga blanket while class was in session. And, of course, he gave out plenty of cuddles, kisses, and love along the way. ❤️

I think it’s safe to say Brady brings a pretty great vibe to the studio. 😉

This series is for you if…

You’ve never tried yoga and aren’t sure where to start.
You’ve been away from yoga for a while and want to start again without feeling overwhelmed.
You’ve been practicing for a while and want to deepen your understanding of foundational poses, breath, and alignment.

This 3-part series is a chance to slow down, learn the basics, and build confidence in a supportive, welcoming environment.

We’ll take our time learning foundational yoga postures, breathing, alignment, and simple ways to modify your practice so you can feel comfortable in your own body.

No flexibility required.
No experience necessary.
No pressure to “do it right.”

Just come as you are.

By the end of the three sessions, you’ll have a better understanding of yoga, more confidence on your mat, and the tools to feel comfortable in any class at Unity Yoga Room.

Meet Brady… our newest studio mascot. 🐾🧘‍♀️

Brady has officially decided that Unity Yoga Room is his studio, too. 😂

Today he took over one of our student’s mats before class and proceeded to demo Cobra Pose with a blanket like a pro. Then, of course, he had to sneak in next to one of our members while she was getting ready for class.

He’s quite the little cutie, and honestly… we love having him around. ❤️

And in case you’re wondering — Brady is hypoallergenic and non-shedding, so he makes the perfect little yoga studio companion.

Come visit Brady… he’ll probably steal your mat. 🐶🧘‍♂️😂
