I guide people through breath, movement, and nervous system practices rooted in Carolyn Cowan’s yoga approach to reprogram limiting patterns, return to stillness, and awaken the life already within them.

What if you gave yourself 90 minutes to simply receive?

As nature begins a new season, I’m inviting you to slow down and create a little space for yourself.

Join me for an Autumn Equinox Sound Immersion an evening of meditation, intention, and beautiful sound.

Imagine lying back, closing your eyes, and allowing the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to fill the room.

No rushing. No expectations. Nowhere else you need to be.

Just an opportunity to pause, release what you’re ready to leave behind, and welcome the next season with intention.

Forcing vs. Ease & Flow.

Same woman.
Same goal.
Same circumstances.

One version keeps checking the computer , looking for proof, wondering if she needs to do more.

The other has decided:

Everything is always working out for me.

Ease doesn’t mean I stop taking action.

It means I stop taking action from panic, lack and the belief that I have to force everything to happen.

I can post.
I can invite.
I can show up.
I can take the next aligned step.

And then I can stop looking at the computer

Regulate.
Reprogram.
Receive.

Less forcing. More knowing.

Everything is always working out for me even before I can see the evidence.

Which one have you been lately: FORCING or FLOW?

Slow down.
Regulate.
Get present enough to notice what’s already showing up.

The hummingbird didn’t need me to chase it.
I simply had to be still enough to see it.

The more I practice presence, the more life seems to reveal itself in the smallest, most beautiful ways.

Maybe abundance isn’t always about getting more.
Maybe it’s becoming the version of you who can finally see how much is already here.

Regulate. Reprogram. Receive.

Regulate. Reprogram. Receive. Most people think these are three separate steps you have to work through one at a time.

The beautiful thing about Kundalini yoga is that it does all three in the same practice. You regulate the nervous system, reprogram the subconscious, and become still enough to actually receive, all at once.

In 2016 I ended an 18 year relationship and had no idea who I was without it. I was terrified I wouldn’t be able to support myself, and that fear pushed me straight into another relationship that wasn’t safe, just because it felt secure.

Then in 2018 I went to a weekend seminar in Mexico and something cracked open. I came home, left that relationship, moved to 50 acres with my dogs, and started doing the thing that actually changed everything: going inward. Learning to love myself. Learning I was worth it.

That’s where the real shift happened. Not in finding the right person or the right job, but in finally choosing myself.

Now I’m married, I still have Harry, I’m a certified yoga and breathwork instructor, and every hard thing I went through led me here. I get to pay it forward now. I get to serve. I get to help others create more ease and joy in their life.

If you’re in your 2016 right now, wondering if it’s ever going to work out, I need you to believe that it is. Stay open to the unknown. That’s where your shift happens too.

I’ve been outside in nature my whole life. But there’s a difference between being surrounded by beauty and actually being present enough to notice it.

In 2019, driving during my hour commute, listening to Abraham Hicks, something shifted. I remember a tow truck right in front of me, leading the way through a snowstorm, and it hit me: I was being led. Something bigger than me was already working this out.

That was the moment presence stopped being something that just happened to me and became something I could actually cultivate. Everything really can work out for us once we learn to tap into it.

That realization sent me down the rabbit hole. Practicing yoga every day, then sitting still afterward, simply noticing my thoughts. Learning what real presence felt like in my body, even amid the chaos of daily life.

I began to understand that how we see ourselves within matters more than how the world sees us. Once we recognize our inner world as pure love, that love naturally moves outward. We become the ripple effect.

Eventually I got certified in breathwork and yoga, and now I get to teach others how to find this same presence in their own lives.

10 things that helped me regulate my nervous system so my affirmations could actually land.

1. Fifteen minutes a day, every day, no matter what
2. Breath before belief, your body has to feel safe first
3. Calm isn’t a mood, it’s a practice you build like a muscle
4. Neuroplasticity is real, you can rewire what feels true
5. Survival mode and receiving cannot happen at the same time
6. Gratitude in advance trains your mind to expect, not just hope
7. Noticing your thoughts is more powerful than trying to fix them
8. Your nervous system has to believe it before your mind will
9. Regulation is what makes manifestation actually work
10. The abundance was never missing. You just needed a calm enough system to receive it

If you’ve been saying the words and still not seeing the shift, this is your sign. Save this for when you need it. 🤍
