Jana's Gymnastics Our program trains children to safely execute gymnastics skills for cheerleading. Our students are Awesome!! I cheered throughout my high school career.

20 Years and We Still Give a Flip.” - Thank you Morristown and Surrounding areas! For the past 20 years, I have had the opportunity to use my love of tumbling to encourage local children to reach for their goals. Cheering throughout my younger years, I tried out for cheerleading my sophomore year at East. I graduated with a full scholarship to cheer at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. After graduating UT, I wanted to offer the skills I had perfected back to the youth in Morristown. In 1993, I opened Jana’s School of Gymnastics Dance and Cheerleading. Children can start attending at age three, or even two and one-half, if they are potty trained. Several of my students that have had the determination to train over a period of years ended up cheering on the college level at East Tennessee State University, University of Tennessee, Carson Newman University and Mercer. I’m grateful to have been able to give the girls a chance to compete at that level. Their training, hard work and dedication help them to reach their goals. I am extremely proud of my great staff! Olivia Breeding and Dawn Harris have been teaching with our program 15-18 years. Olivia was a cheerleader at Carson Newman and has coached at West High for seven years. Dawn has coached cheerleading in our area for over seven years,

Me and my husband, Steve have three children, Jonmichael, who is a student at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville: Jacob, an upcoming senior at East High and Jaylynne upcoming freshman at East. we are members of First United Methodist Church. I want to thank Morristown and surrounding ares for being good to me! I love my hometown and love to see the youth excel in this town!

Wednesday September 23 from 9:30-10:30 we will have a parent/tot class. Ages will be 2-4. We will be working on strength, flexibility, and coordination exercises while having some fun! This will be a structured class not just freeplay. There will only be 12 spots in each class and we must have a minimum of 6 signed up each time to open the class. The parent will participate with the child in class. These classes are $15 each session
