I understand this is very last second, but we just learned of it today. If we put together a 6 person team from GBB for a 12 hour ultra marathon next Saturday would anybody want to do it? 2.9 mile loops and yall would take turns for 12 hours.

We were notified that this machine had a broken cable and immediately contacted the maintenence company who we use to make an appointment for repair. Thankfully they were able to get out in a mostly reasonable time frame and were able to replace the cable and have this machine ready to use around lunch time on Thursday. This is why it is so important that if the machine you're using has some sort of issue you notify us immediately so that we can have it up and running for your use ASAP.

Community Leg Day Number 8 in the books! Today Christopher Arnold Nicolai had the opportunity and privilege of teaching member Zack Burns 8 year old son how to squat for the first time! As previously stated ***ALL*** strength and experience levels are welcome at our gym and invited to our Sunday leg days! 4 of the 10 individuals who have participated in our Sunday leg days so far had never squatted prior to participating in these community leg days!

We want to support a member Freddy Rivera who for admirable reasons just recently left his job as an HVAC technican and is considering going out on his own. He came out and took care of an issue for us today on short notice at our home and explained to us in simple and understandable terms what was wrong and how he needed to fix it. Customer service skills were great and based on all of our experiences with him as both a member and HVAC tech seems like a great young man. We strongly recommend his services and shoot him a DM if you're looking for service on your HVAC. He didn't ask us to make this post and has no idea we're making it so please be patient if he doesn't respond quickly as who knows if he even checks his Facebook, but give the kid a chance. Nobody is going to beat his service or prices.
