UPDATE FOR OPEN SHOW SERIES 🌟 Please read the whole way through!

The board met on Sunday and we covered every option available, looking at the dates you guys could make, and we just couldn't swing adding a show so soon. We just don't have enough hands on deck to make it work for the dates needed, and we're not set up to handle a double weekend show on Sept 19 (nor would we want people hauling in two days in a row!). We promise this was not made lightly, and we will add a rain date to our schedule next year so it's something we can all keep open and in mind. The possibly of needing to cancel AGAIN due to weather, in addition to the extra manpower needed from our board, it just wasn't in the cards for us to put together last minute.

We are so sorry and hope you understand! We will issue refunds to those who pre-paid online.

We will post updates for the banquet as soon as we have them! With the cancelled show, as long as you earned points, you will qualify for year end 1-6 placings- even if you only showed at one show. PLEASE NOTE that does not mean everyone gets a year end award, as some people did show but did not get points in their divisions.

For our low hunter and hunter - since we cancelled June O/F and then the full August show, you had to have shown in May to qualify. To try to make up for it, we are going to offer some small day-end prizes at the Hunter/Jumper show on Sept. 20.

Again, we are so sorry and appreciate all of our members support - especially during this WET SUMMER. Should we not need our rain date next year, we will open it up as a fun show or host a clinic.

Our board is 100% volunteer - and our shows rely 100% on board members - hosting a show isn't easy but we LOVE THIS CLUB and these shows mean the world to us!!
