HUGE Shoutout to the Mountaineer Football Team and Mountaineer Boxing! We just wrapped up off season cross training with them and it was an Honor! Good Work! and Thank You! To all the athletes and coaches, everyone who participated in any way and Huge Shoutout to MBA Coach Jess who’s missing from the picture but not from our hearts and not from the obvious improvement in skills that she helped teach through this program.

I cleared this spider web last night before sunset. Came back a little while later and this spider was an absolute machine building It back. Look at the hustle! Couldn’t even be mad.
