This weekend our LNAC community came together to carry on a tradition I’ve been a part of for years — and every single athlete finished.

Some wore vests.
Some attacked it unpartitioned.
Some pushed through their first Murph ever.

But everyone showed HEART.

Proud of the effort, the support, the grit, and the community that filled the room all morning long. Honoring those who served by doing hard things together. ❤️🤍💙
