Western Saddle Fitting by David Royal

I receive numerous inquiries regarding senior horses, (this gelding is 24) with a pronounced swayback. About 25% of the horses that I fit are older & bombproof. People love their horses and want to make sure they feel good when they are riding. Customers often attempt to find a single saddle pad that will fix the situation. Unfortunately, no saddle pad can independently rectify this extreme of an issue. I want to help the horses to be productive as long as possible. Most horses want to have a job, so I strive to resolve any issues with creative solutions to make each horse comfortable.
This is what 45 years of experience gets you.
