Helen's strength has already taken her to incredible heights and at this year's Labor Day Lift Off, she had the opportunity to soar even higher! 🎈💛

Helen is a cancer survivor and a participant in the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region's LIVESTRONG® program, which helps cancer survivors regain their strength, confidence and sense of community following treatment.

A special thank-you to our partners at Comcast/Xfinity for giving Helen this unforgettable hot-air-balloon experience. And thank you, Helen, for allowing the YMCA to be part of your journey and for inspiring us with your courage and resilience.

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA provides cancer survivors with personalized fitness support in a welcoming community of people who understand the journey. Together, participants work to rebuild their strength, improve their overall well-being and embrace life beyond cancer.
