Push to Walk Our expert trainers use cutting-edge equipment to help clients build mobility, confidence, and well-being.

Push to Walk is a nonprofit adaptive gym empowering people with spinal cord injuries and other neurological conditions to build strength and independence through individualized workouts. Founded in 2007 by Cynthia Templeton and her son Darren after his spinal cord injury, Push to Walk provides one-on-one full body workouts and adaptive fitness programs. With every session, we’re helping clients push past barriers and redefine what’s possible.
