Armor Elite is excited to announce Armor Elite 2033 - Chaganti/McAuley

Head Coach Prasheel Chaganti began coaching softball when his daughter was in 2nd grade, and fell in love with the sport, discovering that softball is a powerful tool for teaching valuable lifelong lessons. He started coaching many of these players in 8U and has been part of their growth from Rec to All Stars to Travel. Coach Jay McAuley joined the team’s coaching staff when they transitioned to Travel 2 years ago. Coach Jay is the head coach of the Lassiter High School Varsity basketball team, and as a former D1 basketball coach and high school baseball player, he brings a wealth of coaching experience along with strong leadership and competitive energy.

Coaches Prasheel and Jay also coach in the Lassiter Metro program together, and they are excited to continue their journey with the Armor Elite organization as they enter their 3rd year of travel softball.

Their team values center on building a strong and accountable team culture where players grow both on and off the field. On their teams, success is earned through consistent effort, positive attitudes, and sharp ex*****on. They push their players to step outside their comfort zones, because that’s where real growth happens. They also teach their players to put the team above themselves and to meet every outcome with grace. This team’s focus remains on character, sportsmanship, and the competitive drive that will help them take their performance to the next level.
