This Saturday at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Monterey we will be hosting a FREE Women Empowered self-defense workshop!

Time: 10-12

We only do these free events one or maybe two times a year.

Although the event is free, we request that you RSVP attend

As our Bullyproof students start the new school year we want to reminisce on the amazing Bullyproof Summer Camp we hosted this year! ☀️

We had a fun mix of current students and new students who all spent a week with us learning all about setting verbal boundaries and then backing them up with Jiu Jitsu!

We want to say a special thank you to the parents who made it possible for us to run this, the assistant instructors who volunteered their time and most of all to the amazing kiddos we got to spend a great week with! 🎉🥋

If you couldn’t make it to Summer Camp this year ITS NOT TOO LATE!
