First City CrossFit is an official CrossFit affiliate We are located at 2700 Garden Road in Monterey, CA. All of our trainers are CrossFit L1 trainers, and many have additional certifications such as Coach's Prep, Olympic Lifting, and Mobility. All the workouts are completely scalable to work for EVERYONE! Come watch a workout if you are nervous or jump right in. We start new people out nice and easy. We warm-up together, go over the workout together, workout together, cheer each other on, and cool down and stretch at the end together. We have people of all types working out with us, Navy sailors and an 80-year-old woman, a U.S. Marine, and people with some weight to lose, we have triathletes and high school students, a guy who does Jujitsu and a bunch of people just looking to get back in shape or get stronger and fitter! Monday - Friday
5am, 6:15am, 9:30am, 12noon, 4pm, 5:15pm, 6:30pm

Saturday 9am, 10:15am
Sunday 9:15am
