🔆DAY RETREAT🔆
Come and celebrate the last days of summer at our next Day Retreat. We will spend the day in community, sharing yoga and spirit. The day will commence with silent meditation and nature walk, followed by asana practice, a sound bath and delicious plant-based lunch.
